The contract, which will begin in October, will provide scientific and engineering support; research and development efforts; operation and maintenance of equipment, systems and facilities; and administrative services.

This cost-plus-award-fee contract continues to build the DTS presence in providing engineering and technical support to the range community. The work for this contract will be performed by more than 350 people at Fort Huachuca, Arizona (65%); Fort Lewis, Washington (25%) and Fort Hood, Texas (10%). If all options are exercised, the contract will run through September 2008 with a cumulative total value of more than $376 million.

DTS President Robert Alleger said, The award of this contract reaffirms that DynCorp and its partners have been performing outstanding work in the

range community by providing innovative solutions and exceptional services on the contracts we currently hold in the range business.
