Distributor of business technology services Intelisys Communications has inked a deal to acquire Cloud Services Coalition (CSC), a DBA of Terrapin Solutions.
The new Intelisys Cloud services business unit will support Sales Partners through the Cloud sales process.
Terrapin Solutions will continue to operate as a separate entity, owned by Andrew Pryfogle, while the CSC team will be integrated into Intelisys with Pryfogle.
The acquisition is scheduled to close on May 1, 2012.
Intelisys president Jay Bradley said, "As a turn-key Cloud services integrator, CSC is already doing the heavy-lifting on complex Cloud solutions for a growing base of channel partners, and has already provided over 150 Intelisys Sales Partners with training, sales assistance and customer support."
