Whittman-Hart Inc has announced deals with Exodus Communications Inc and APAC Customer Services Inc, designed to make it a virtual business hosting giant. The company made headlines earlier this week with its surprise acquisition of web design conglomerate USWeb/CKS Inc. Now it wants to be a single source provider for e- businesses. Our alliances with Exodus and APAC put in place three critical pieces of our strategy — Web site hosting, customer call center and help desk services, explained president Edward Szofer. With these alliance partners, we will serve companies that do not have the resources to develop and manage customized systems, documentation and quality assurance procedures. á
