Quest Software has released the latest version of its remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform designed for SMB managed service providers (MSPs).

The new version, PacketTrap MSP 6.2, integrates RMM functionality with professional service automation (PSA) technology and enables MSPs to access a single console to manage and simplify business processes.

It delivers remote server, application and network management for small- to mid-sized MSPs and IT applications providers to use across customer environments.

PacketTrap MSP 6.2 and PacketTrap PSA integration enables users to improves customer service and reduces status calls by accounting technicians’ billable hours and decreases the billing cycle by invoicing for completed work.

Quest Software’s new release will enable MSPs to monitor customers’ Avaya VoIP infrastructure and allow MSPs to monitor customers’ VoIP systems and network infrastructure using the same platform.
