Corel Corp’s Corel Computer unit has signed a wide-ranging service agreement with Wang Laboratories Inc that will give Corel customers access to Wang Global’s worldwide staff of over 15,000 engineers and technicians. With the deal in place, Corel said it intends to offer a package of services to its major customers that would include onsite support, installation and warranty services. The relationship with Wang covers the CorelVideo videoconferencing product and NetWinder network computer product. No financial terms of the agreement were disclosed.
