Meta4, the Madrid, Spain-based developer of web and component-based software for human resources and knowledge management, which floated on the Easdaq market at the start of this month, produced a 6.4m euros ($6.8m) loss in the three months to June 30, down from a loss of 9m euros ($9.6m) on revenue that grew 53.5% to 6.3m euros ($6.7m). Mid-term net loss was 11.7m euros ($12.5m), down from a loss of 13.7m euros ($13.9m) on revenue that expanded 69.2% to 11.4m euros ($12.1m).

The company says it is now looking to expand in France, Germany and the US to develop sales beyond the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets that currently account for 98% of its revenue.
