Mobile network operator Verizon Wireless has introduced the Small Business Advisor, a free, interactive tool to provide recommendations for mobile services.
The new service has been devised as an initiative to aid customers find small business services that will, in turn, let them improve productivity, secure information and tap wireless technology to accelerate their business, the company said.
This tool reportedly offers applications across various mobile operating systems like Android, iOS, BlackBerry and Windows.
Small Business Advisor with the help of a wizard poses questions about the industry, the OS of their mobile device and overall business needs.
The tool then analyses the information and helps the user find the most relevant and logical apps and accessories to download or purchase via a QR code by proving a brief profile.
Verizon Wireless Wireless Business Solutions executive director Michael Schaefer said the Small Business Advisor is a key part of our SMB approach, helping our customers better determine the right applications for their business and get the most from their mobile devices.
