BEA Systems Inc has acquired 23-person Bridgewater, New Jersey-based Top End OLTP and LifeKeeper NT clustering master distributor Entersoft Systems Corp, as we said it was going to (CI No 3,454) . Financial terms were not disclosed. BEA bought the Top End OLTP monitor from NCR Corp back in May – three-year Entersoft has around 40 customers. Entersoft also has MQSeries integration and Corba queuing software. Entersoft will move its headquarters to BEA’s Liberty Corner, New Jersey office.
