Personic Software Inc has integrated its recruitment software with SAP AG’s human resources module in a move designed to target European corporate recruitment departments. Personic’s WorkFlow software can already exchange information with the HR elements of both JD Edwards and PeopleSoft systems, but the company decided to work with Walldorf, Germany-based SAP because of SAP’s coverage across Europe.
The Brisbane, California company aims to drive its European revenue from 22% of total revenue to 45% within a year. It will open branches in France and Germany to add to its operation in the UK. Personic is slated for a Nasdaq listing next year to raise money for increasing the internet enablement of its software. Personic makes 10% of its revenue from the internet but expects to increase that to 25% next year. Contract sizes are expected to be about $130,000.
