Google has started working on changing its home page design, which is considered to be the biggest change to its home page till date.
One of the more noticeable additions in the new layout is that the black horizontal bar is making way to a grey coloured logo.
When the logo is clicked, a drop-down like menu with Google’s seven alternative services show up and a "More" option leads you to eight more services.
A spokesman for the search engine company, speaking to the BBC, said that the new look is to improve the user experience.
He said constant revision and improvement is part of their overarching philosophy."If you compare the original Google home page to today’s version, you will see that a makeover every so often can certainly be refreshing," he added.
