The agreement means that Tokyo, Japan-based 10 Art-ni will be able to integrate and deliver Raleigh, North Carolina-based Red Hat’s Enterprise Linux through its consulting and systems development activities.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux will also be offered to Japanese businesses through systems integrator Otsuka Corp, which is a shareholder in, and a business partner of, 10 Art-ni. Tokyo, Japan-based Otsuka is a system integrator with more than 5,000 engineers and sales consultants across Japan, while 10 Art-ni offers IT consulting as well Java-based web and Linux-based systems development services.
