Speed-trap Ltd, a Berkshire, UK-based client-side Web application measurement software vendor has signed up ECI Telecom BV as a European systems integrator to sell its client-side data collection and analysis into the telecommunications sectors throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Speed-trap’s Prophet range provides out-of-the-box web-site activity monitoring by capturing real-time information about a customer activity and experience directly from the website visitors’ browser. Organizations deploying the software can uncover information such as page stickiness, registrations processes, and network performance, as well as more detailed observations relating to navigation and design effectiveness such as whether visitors click on pictures and text, believing them to be hyperlinks and what aspects of the site catch their attention.

ECI Telecom is based in Woerden, the Netherlands, near to the Amsterdam headquarters of the infrastructure management and systems integration specialist of Devoteam BV which is about to initiate joint sales and marketing activities with Axios Systems Ltd, the Edinburgh, Scotland-based vendor of helpdesk and service management software.
