Hitachi Data Systems (HDS) has launched Live Insight for Telecom, a predictive analytics solution for telecoms providers.
The solution provides real-time insight into network performance, allowing providers to use current and historical data together to improve their service delivery.
Operators can also use the platform to offer network analytics as a service to their customers.
The platform is capable of collecting and analysing up to one million events per second per processing engine and provides millisecond-level visibility. This represents an improvement on the current norm of between one and five minutes.
