According to a report by The FT and The Times, Vodafone and Orange could fall victim to new Oftel price caps next year. The two companies could experience a decline in revenue if the UK watchdog decides to extend price caps on inter-network and fixed line-to-mobile call charges following the publication of its competition report next month.
