With weeks to go to the end of the tax year, Amnesty International discovered their internal payroll software was unsupported and the year end could not be run.

Trace Employer Services was able to step in and get Amnesty International’s payroll service implemented in time for the year end. Although March is perhaps the most difficult month of the payroll year, Trace Employer Services worked with Amnesty International and implemented a fully managed payroll solution within 5 weeks.

Amnesty International reviewed a range of options and researched a number of different Outsourced Payroll suppliers to see what solutions they could provide. Trace Employer Services beat all the competition in terms of flexibility of approach, customer references and experience in dealing with similar situations.

What impressed us most about Trace was their rapid response to our request during what we know is a busy month for them and their professional approach to customer service, said Melvin Coleman, Finance Director, Amnesty International UK

We were delighted to be able to assist Amnesty International in their hour of need and we look forward to a long term partnership providing them with Outsourced Payroll Services, said Geoff Tranter Sales Director Trace Employer Services
