The new structure will strengthen management capability and focus the Group’s resources to develop new markets and maximise sales growth. The following appointments become effective immediately:
Alan McLaughlin, aged 45, has been appointed President of Chloride Europe, Middle East and Africa. Since 1995 he has been Managing Director of Chloride Power Protection following senior management roles with Pearpoint, Schlumberger and Ferranti.
David Mason, aged 45, has been appointed President of Chloride Americas and Asia Pacific. Since 1997, he has been Managing Director of the Group’s Safety Systems Division.

Commenting on the new operating structure, Group Chief Executive, Keith Hodgkinson said:
