Mark Phillips, based in the UK, has been named IT Director TNSi, with a brief to manage the division’s CAWI Platform (computer assisted web interviewing system). He will also be developing various technical solutions for TNSi use on a worldwide basis.
Arno Hummerston, who is also UK based, has been given additional responsibilities. He will divide his time 50/50 between his current role as New Business Development Director for TNSi UK, and his new appointment, Director NPD of Advertising Products. He will be responsible for all TNS online advertising research products.
Clarisse Manoussis, based in France, has been named Director Global Internet Panel Development, and will be responsible for rolling-out TNS’s internet research panel methodology worldwide.
These newly created positions are designed to enhance TNSi’s expertise in internet data collection and delivery, online advertising measurement and effectiveness, and internet panel research, says Alain Peron, Managing Director, TNSi. Mark, Arno and Clarisse have impressive track records in their specialist areas, and they will be working with the international team to build and roll out internet products that are globally applicable and are continuous in nature.
