Under terms of the agreement, BetaSphere will integrate Brio Enterprise Decision Platform, including Brio.Report, into its Feedback Management Server (FMS).

Designed for product marketing and development teams, BetaSphere’s FMS is a software platform that integrates customer feedback into the product development process. The FMS provides powerful workflow automation, flexible triggers for collecting, managing, and acting on customer feedback, and offers a variety of options to analyze and report results. The integration of Brio’s Enterprise Decision Platform and Brio.Report will provide BetaSphere customers with more powerful and flexible reporting capabilities to generate customized and detailed reports on customer feedback for better decision-making throughout the development process.
