Citrix MetaFrame Password Manager will be launched as an addition to the Citrix MetaFrame Access suite, and is currently undergoing tests at a number of Citrix sites. The company claimed that unlike other password systems its product does not require complex scripting or any application-level integration effort.
It is said that anywhere between 25% and 50% of all calls to enterprise service desks relate to mundane password resets that can cost as much as $30 each to fix.
