In an effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its service, the CWI saw it necessary to replace its outdated customer management system with a new platform for its case management system.

A product of collaboration between IBM, Siebel Systems and Ordina, the platform provides a more efficient system for the routing and sharing of customer information with its partner organizations.

Solke Munneke, program manager, CWI said, We also needed a platform that would support our expert consultants and extend to all our partners, helping them to work together to provide the highest levels of service. The IBM, Siebel, and Ordina solution helps us control administration costs, while freeing our consultants from paperwork and giving them more time to counsel our customers.
