Merastar intends to use the web-based platform to quickly deploy new products and offer self-service capabilities to its customers and distribution channels. It is also hoping that the system will provide tools to support the insurer’s existing environment and enable quick product development and deployment.
Steel Card said its Apogee program includes functionalities such as rating, rules, forms, and full policy processing.
Max Drucker, managing partner at Steel Card, said the implementation has already begun and we are on track to meet the aggressive production schedule.
