San Francisco, California-based Bravanta offers hosted software that identifies, tracks and rewards goals and behaviors to increase employee productivity. Workstream CEO Michael Mullarkey claimed the deal reinforced its leadership in the compensation and rewards section of the market.

This is Workstream’s third acquisition this year. In March it bought the business operations of Peopleview Inc, a developer of performance management and corporate compliance software, and in May paid an undisclosed sum for Kadiri Inc, which offers enterprise compensation management software.
