Infotrieve said the Center was designed to simplify research by eliminating the need for logins to multiple information sources such as journal articles, gene banks, experimental protocols, news publications and drug pipeline information. It also automatically displays relationships between search results.
The company added that the tool is designed to be customized in order to meet the specific needs of research organizations, as it allows searching of external and internal corporate data sources. It can also be personalized for both individuals and collaborative workgroups.
