As part of an expanded partnership, both companies have signed a worldwide reseller agreement which to position Protegrity’s Defiance DPS (Data Protection System) data security management system alongside the Teradata Warehouse.
DPS, which is included as part of the Defiance 4.0 suite, was released last month and ensures data integrity and privacy of sensitive business data, helping companies to adhere to regulatory compliance such as Sarbanes Oxley and PCI (Payment Card Industry) data security standards.
Both companies have partnered for over a year and have many joint customers.
