Janssen, who has held the CFO position for just 18 months, will leave the Amsterdam, Netherlandsbased company on December 1. The move comes just after Getronics announced better than expected results, though on the whole, 2006 has been a disastrous year for the company.

It broke its banking covenants following an accounting scandal at its Italian operation in March, and subsequent poor financial results in August caused a 40% drop in share price and a credit rating downgrade. It has been forced to make a number of divestments and is in the process of slashing its workforce by 1,000 jobs.
