Three Five Systems (TFS) chose the Agile PLM platform as part of its aspirations to become a key player in visual display solutions and expand into a full-services electronics manufacturer.
Three-Five Systems looked for a solution that would help reduce the administrative processes and cycle time associated with engineering change orders at our factories, said Carl Derrington, vice president operations and chief manufacturing officer, Three Five Systems.
TFS hopes that Agile PLM will assist in enabling the company to reduce engineering change order cycle times by 90%. In addition, they expect that implementing Agile PLM design centers at each factory location will facilitate communication regarding change orders with each other, improving response times to individual customer requests.
