The company says that the multi-broker screen trading platform is the first of its type within any OTC market and will launch using pioneering technology developed by the partners.
The platform is being backed by the three brokers and as a result will launch with significant market share, an advantage the companies say will help to make it a central hub for trading in the years to come.
Energy and metal broker Spectron will perform the role of overall market operator for the screen. CIF said it chose Spectron due to its solid reputation and extensive experience in the running of systems in high volume market places.
