Computacenter has won a contract with AstraZeneca to deliver onsite IT services to 51,500 users in the UK, France, Germany, US and Nordics.

The AstraZeneca IT transformation process links directly to its business transformation plan and the three-year contract with Computacenter build on an existing global service desk arrangement.

Computacenter will operate as the sole provider of onsite IT support, consolidating four previous supplies and simplifying the supplier operations model. Computacenter will provide real-time support.
