Motorola has linked more than 20 police stations at a number of regional headquarters and remotely located police and border control stations all over Kosovo.

The network will be used to handle VoIP communication, as well as video and data packages. Motorola said that every aspect of the network could be remotely controlled, monitored and upgraded.

Ron Landenberg, manager of communication systems at Motorola, added, Wireless communication is an essential and critical tool for police. This project underlines Motorola’s commitment to provide integrated solutions to public safety.
