Radica Caps will be used to enhance straight-through-processing within Williams de Broe’s corporate actions departments, while the EMP technology will utilize a web tool to automate the process of making elections on voluntary corporate actions. The applications will be fully integrated with the stockbroker’s back office systems.

According to Jarlath McGee, CEO of Mondas, the company will look to collaborate with Williams de Broe to develop the capabilities of Mondas’ Asset Servicing platforms.
