The two companies have launched the Allied Integrated Quoting (AIQ) platform, which is designed to enable insurance agents to process a new business submission and receive a real-time quote from Allied in their normal workflow.

Features of the product include the integration of agency management system and comparative rating products that can send and receive Acord XML, real-time data validation and data gapping based on Allied’s underwriting rules and integration to third party data providers, such as vehicle identification number and address validation.

Insurance carriers have been faced with developing multiple solutions in order to integrate with external distribution partners; which is costly and a maintenance challenge, said Frederick Waite, president of BCF. BCF and Allied have proven that you can develop a single solution for all distributions partners/systems, lowering ongoing cost and the risk associated with disparate integrations.
