This agreement marks the first mobile partnership for the MTV brand in Canada, delivering on MTV’s promise to offer content across the mobile platform.

Available now on Bell Mobility-capable devices, the 10 Spot Grab content includes video highlights, screensavers and ringtones taken from the most popular shows in MTV’s 10 Spot programming block – available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We’re giving Canadians the opportunity to have a continuous MTV experience – from the analogue channel to broadband to their mobile phone, said Kris Faibish, vice president of digital media, CTV and executive producer for MTV Overdrive.

MTV’s 10 Spot programming is broadcasted every Monday to Friday from 22:00 to 23:00 ET/PT. The shows include Laguna Beach, The Real World: Key West, The Gauntlet II, and My Super Sweet 16. Produced exclusively for Bell Mobility, the 10 Spot Grab delivers original MTV programming on demand, including one to three minute previews, highlights and excerpts of MTV 10 Spot shows, and will be refreshed weekly.

Additionally, MTV and Bell Mobility are making further 10 Spot show clips, as well as MTV classics, available from MTV’s broadband channel, MTV Overdrive.

The MTV 10 Spot Grab mobile programming from Bell Mobility will be available on video-enabled handsets including the Motorola e815 and Motorola VC3 RAZR phones as well as Samsung a920, Sanyo 8300 and Sanyo 7500. Customers can either download individual clips or access unlimited video content by subscription.
