The company intends to combine TSPartner and Securesoft Systems into one subsidiary. Since November 2004, TSPartner has been a distributor of the Securesoft COMPLY product and has made significant inroads in the initial sales and implementation in healthcare facilities in the US.
Chris Bickel, CEO of S3 Investment Company, commented, In addition to the work that will be contributed by the former TSPartner management at the subsidiary level, some of the existing management personnel of TSPartner will move to significant roles at the parent company, S3 Investment. These dual roles and this parent company participation will evolve over the next several months.
