The Paris, France-based company has rescheduled the announcement date to September 8, from August 13, when it will publish second-quarter sales along with its first-half earnings. The main problem would appear to be including historical pro forma data which includes Atos Origin and Sema figures.

Atos Origin purchased Sema from SchlumbergerSema for $1.8bn in January 2004, and has stated that it expects the operating margin of the newly combined group in 2004 to exceed 7%.
