Susquehanna selected the Brass order management system (OMS), Brass EnGard, Brass Broker Direct U2 and other elements of the Brass order, execution and compliance management platform.
More than 100 Susquehanna professionals will use Brass for automated routing and execution of order flow. The platform’s ASP-based delivery framework will provide a fully redundant, secure trading environment. BRASS will replace a proprietary system at Susquehanna.
Susquehanna believes that use of the BRASS platform will help the firm to work within the structure of RegulationNMS, in addition to providing support for the compliance obligations under the new rules.
Brass EnGard will help automate and manage the compliance lifecycle including surveillance, internal investigations, documentation and reporting, helping Susquehanna to monitor and reduce risk and opportunity cost, improve workflow and automation of surveillance, and streamline its operations.
