OSU will leverage the ‘iRM Essentials’ product to target both internal and external prospects for their five masters and two PhD programs. OSU says its objective is to align the product, message and offer in a personalized manner, using refined segmentation and targeting technologies combined with marketing execution campaigns.

In leveraging Intelliworks for CRM, OSU expects to exploit both remote and local markets for their graduate programs in business while raising the quality and strategic fit of incoming students.

Intelliworks builds and sells the ‘Intelliworks Relationship Manager (iRM)’ as its flagship CRM technology suite. iRM has two product offerings – iRM Essentials for small to midsize organizations, and iRM Enterprise for larger university implementations that require greater configuration and scalability.
