Access launches BREW browser

Access Co Ltd has unveiled the first version of its mobile web browser for Qualcomm Inc's handset application environment. NetFront 3.0 for BREW (binary runtime environment for wireless) provides a multi-language browsing experience for the CDMA handset world.

The software is compatible with numerous internet standards including WML, HTML, cHTML and WAP 2.0 as well as Tokyo, Japan-based Access’ Smart Fit Rendering technology for optimizing standard web pages for handset displays. It also allows for customizable browser skins.
