The platform, which is expected to go live this year, will be utilized to track, train and manage certification for up to 9,000 Standard Life employees in the UK, enabling the company to offer proof of training and supervision in compliance with increased regulations. It is also hoped that the audit proof learning program will deliver cost savings and help increase sales

Standard Life said it implemented the technology after contracting WBT’s Enterprise Solutions Division to conduct a Value Discovery exercise to examine its business requirements in key areas such as customer service and direct sales.
