Hospital Partners of America, a privately held healthcare services company established to own and operate general acute care, will install the system in Twelve Oaks Medical Center facility in Houston, Texas.
SafeTrace Tx is a software system that aims to assist transfusion services in effectively managing patient blood orders, blood product inventory , blood tracking and billing.
According to Cheryl Cook, Corporate Manager of Clinical Applications at Hospital Partners of America, the company expects the management of services to be computerized in a cost effective and efficient manner. SafeTrace Tx will help streamline our lab processes and provide the management reports and tools to help monitor quality indicators and improve outcomes, she added.
