Under the new process, IO combines its telemarketing staff with ‘LeadBoss’, the on-line lead delivery system.
New business leads originate from IO’s web sites such as www.InsuranceOnly.com and www.TermOnly.com. Upon receipt, a telemarketing team contacts the potential customer to determine if the lead is viable using a list of filtering questions. Viable leads are transferred to agents via a VoIP phone system. Agents busy on another call will have leads delivered into their LeadBoss account with confirmed call back times. Logic within the system will alert member agents when a call back is due.
According to Pat Wedeking, CEO of InsuranceOnly, the focus of the service is on quality leads and being able to connect qualified, interested customers immediately to an agent.
