This acquisition is expected to enable Phoenix to expand its product and service offerings through Communications Test Design’s (CTDI) capabilities, which include engineering and distribution expertise via more than 3,800 employees and 39 distribution centers in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
Both the management and facilities of Phoenix Wireless will be retained following the acquisition. Phoenix will manage its customers’ sales, service and product needs without change to existing processes.
