Optical Systems has reported that Mr Orr’s leadership and business acumen are clearly demonstrated by his success as CEO and majority owner of the esteemed Orr Automotive Group, which comprises eighteen new vehicle dealerships with twenty-three franchises in Texas and Louisiana. He has received a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1986.
