In this new position, Ms Norman will be leading the human resources outsourcing (HRO) sales team, and will be responsible for all the division sales, nationally and regionally. She will report to Tom Lucas, managing director.
Before joining BPO Management Services (BPOMS), Ms Norman was vice president of Midwest and Northeast divisions of Gevity, a full service human resources provider for small and mid-sized businesses. She has also served as vice president of sales of the HR services division of Adecco International. In addition, she held executive sales positions with Ceridian, an HRO provider.
