RoutIT is deploying the BroadWorks platform to initially enrich that service offering with IP Centrex telephone services. Additionally RoutIT will use the BroadSoft Xtended program to allow its resellers to customize applications for enterprise workflow requirements.

Jan Baat, CEO of RoutIT, said: We evaluated a number of suppliers for our IP Centrex service. Really there was only one choice for us as RoutIT only works with market leaders and needed a system that was designed from the start to support a wholesale service model. The fact that we can combine the BroadSoft platform with other suppliers with complete confidence re-enforced our decision.

Craig Decker, vice president of sales at BroadSoft, said: RoutIT joins more than 90 operators who have deployed BroadWorks in the European, Middle East and African regions. The combination of the BroadWorks Xtended program and application customization will be powerful for the fast growing Dutch market.
RoutIT is an autonomous and fully independent Application Infrastructure Service Provider (AISP) offering services for internet, intranet, connectivity and communications.
