The division, known simply as ServiceTec, provides IT infrastructure support services, with particular focus on the not-for-profit vertical market. Clients from this sector include Marie Curie Cancer Care and Sue Ryder Care. Andy Anderson, CEO of ServiceTec Global Services, said the company had decided to sell the unit in order to focus on its airport services business.

The acquisition is the first to be completed by Calyx following a management buyout in July. Following the MBO, Calyx was delisted from the alternative investment market of the London stock exchange.
