IBM tabled its $162m bid at the end of July to buy the Markham, Ontario-based data-integration software provider, adding high-availability, change data capture, and replication tools to its Information Server platform.
IBM also gets 2,200 customers and 200 DataMirror employees through the deal that officially closed yesterday.
