Mr Taylor will join Intec on January 3, 2008 when John Hughes, current chairman and interim CEO, will return to his previous position as non executive chairman.
Mr Taylor is currently COO of the UK and Ireland region and a corporate executive at Alcatel-Lucent. He was appointed to this role after the merger of Alcatel-Lucent in November 2006.
