ADA Cellworks offers radio & transmission planning, network services, in-building design and project management services. The company has a significant presence in China, Indonesia, Taiwan and India. It has worked on 80 projects across 24 countries and has projected revenues of approximately $31m in the current financial year.
The acquisition will also enable GTL to access the markets in China, Indonesia and South-East Asia. In addition, it will strengthen its relationships with telecom technology providers such as Nokia Siemens Networks, Alcatel Lucent, Motorola, Ericsson and Huawei.
