The Chennai office will be the eighth office in the Asia Pacific region for Ciber, which has more than 80 offices worldwide.

Shashank Joshi, president of Ciber India, said: Our new office in Chennai represents a strategic investment in Ciber’s global operations, as the need to provide information technology services from Chennai is increasing. The Chennai office will offer application development, application management and application testing services to our US and other international clients.

Mac Slingerlend, president and CEO of Ciber, said: Ciber’s clients in the US and Europe are asking us to do more with them, both domestically and off-shore. Our new Chennai office will assist us in helping more clients with assignments that require on-site/off-shore solutions.
