The subcontract to Dynamics Research Corporation (DRC), includes a ten-month base period and two one-year renewal options. Revenue for the initial base period is estimated at $1.1 million with a total award value of approximately $3.5 million.

The Battle Command Knowledge System establishes an Army-level knowledge management system to support soldiers and leaders in the performance of operational missions.
